Turin  – November 21, 2017

TCR International Series staged its final event of the season last Friday and Saturday, November 17 & 18, 2017 at Dubai Autodrome, (UAE).

Inbound operations had started on Monday, November,13 with the arrival of 24 containers from Shanghai, China, unloaded at the port of Jebel Ali, UAE, and then routed to Dubai together with some extra shipments arrived by airfreight.

Everything was ready on Wednesday, November, 15, when the teams arrived. All cars, spare parts and equipment had been delivered by SEL Team on time and in full to the pit boxes.

On Saturday evening, after the race, all materials were repacked and loaded into 23 containers to be shipped via sea freight to Europe and Asia, while few remained in the UAE.

The biggest cargo of 17 containers is due to arrive to the port of Genova, Italy, at the end of December.

Team SEL will be on site to supervise all inbound operations and ensure teams will get back their materials in full.

Team SEL provided for the same event travel services to the TCR staff from Europe to the Middle East and return, as well as hotel reservations and local transfers, while providing instead overnight services and transfers to a fair amount of teams.

“We have again relied on SEL to plan, schedule and deliver the cars and equipment for all our teams, We travelled across Georgia, Bahrain, Thailand, China and now Dubai, and we could not be happy with the services of SEL Logistics and SEL Travel,” said Nunzia Corvino Race Director.

“In our 3rd year now working with TCR, and we are really refining our services. We look forward to continuing with the ever increasing popularity of TCR” said Matthew Clarke, Managing Director of SEL.
