From the Track to the Containers: The First Overseas Round

Once again, SEL is supporting the FIA TCR World Tour as its logistics partner. For the first overseas round of the season in South Korea, our teams managed logistics operations at Inje Speedium.

The activities covered the various stages of the shipment, from transporting the containers from Europe to unloading and loading operations at the circuit, ensuring the movement of the materials required for the race and their onward dispatch.

Logistics Support at Every Stage of the Event

Motorsport logistics involves transporting race cars, spare parts, equipment and technical materials that are essential to the participating teams.

Our operations covered the main stages of the process:

• Shipment from Europe: coordinating the transport of containers carrying race cars, spare parts and technical materials to South Korea.

• Arrival and unloading in Korea: receiving the containers at Inje Speedium and unloading the materials to make them available to the teams ahead of the competition.

• Onward shipment to China: following the race, reloading the materials into the containers and dispatching them to the next destination.

Next Stop: Chengdu

Following the Korean round, the materials were prepared for onward transport to Chengdu, China, the next destination on the FIA TCR World Tour calendar.
