Sustainability is a mindset
The culture of sustainability is born from the education of individuals, from the adoption of a ‘mindset’ based on principles and values that guide daily activities at all levels. SEL is committed to promoting the culture of sustainability not only as a business tool but also as a main objective of common good that is pursued through virtuous behaviour and through all activities that can foster the formation of a corporate and civic awareness of sustainable development issues.
POLICIES AND
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
To substantiate its commitment to sustainability, SEL has implemented:
- a series of policies relating to service quality, employee safety, respect for the environment, energy saving, the fight against corruption and against all forms of discrimination and violation of human rights;
- a company code of ethics aimed at guaranteeing correct behaviour by the ownership, management, staff and stakeholders operationally involved (including a system for reporting and sanctioning any offences committed)
- an integrated management system certified in compliance with international standards ISO9001 and ISO45001, which will be extended to additional standards in the near future.
