One container, two race cars, one mission: to take Italian performance up to the 4,300 meters of the legendary Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, known as the “Race to the Clouds.”
SEL had the honor of taking care of the Racing Team Faggioli's international logistics, managing the round-trip sea transport from Italy to Colorado Springs (USA): a tailor-made service designed for a private team that chose to tackle one of the most iconic and challenging hillclimb races in the world - and did so successfully.
The container safely transported two competition cars, technical materials and instrumentation, with precise organization at every stage: from preparation to shipment to final delivery. It was a tailor-made logistics operation, designed to meet the specific needs of the team.
The result? Two extraordinary podiums: Simone Faggioli took first place in the Unlimited Division category, followed by teammate Diego Degasperi, who finished second in the same category. Two champions, one container, endless emotions.
Now the cars and equipment are already on their way back, ready to be delivered back to the team headquarters in Tuscany.
From Italy to the peaks of Colorado, via the ocean: sports logistics is a matter of precision, passion and vision.
