Managing an international championship such as MXGP requires continuous coordination between people, equipment, schedules and destinations. When races take place across different continents, planning must take into account not only the distances involved, but also the operational needs of each group and the specific requirements of every transfer.
From Turkey to China, and finally Australia
The final trips of the season represented a true sequence of intercontinental transfers.
After the round in Turkey, the championship operation moved on to China and subsequently to Australia for the final round of the season.
In this context, SEL’s role focused on the coordinated management of logistics and travel management, ensuring operational continuity and allowing teams, suppliers, partners and the organiser to focus on their activities at the event.
Logistics: equipment and materials always on the move
Each transfer requires careful planning of the movement of equipment and materials needed for the event.
SEL managed the logistics operations, coordinating the transportation and delivery of materials according to the timelines established for each round.
This requires precision and close coordination between different destinations and stakeholders, particularly when transfers take place in quick succession and involve multiple continents.
Travel management: people, flights and itineraries
Alongside the logistics of equipment and materials, SEL managed the travel services for the people involved in the three overseas trips.
Across Türkiye, China and Australia, flight and itinerary planning focused on identifying the most suitable solutions based on available routes, travel times and the operational requirements of the different groups.
This was complemented by the organisation of hospitality, including the selection of accommodation and management of stays for organisers, teams, suppliers and partners.
Mobility and transportation at destination
Once each of the three destinations was reached, SEL also supported the organisation of local transportation according to the needs of the different groups.
Where required, we arranged car rentals for teams, organisers, suppliers and partners, identifying the most suitable solutions for their stay and the activities planned around the event.
When operational requirements called for it, SEL also provided chauffeur-driven transportation services, ensuring organised and punctual mobility throughout the trip.

The Australian round marked the end of a season characterised by international travel and the constant need to coordinate people, equipment and destinations.
