SEL and FASI: a collaboration that continues into 2026

Since 2023, SEL has been working alongside the Italian Sport Climbing Federation (FASI) in managing travel services for international trips by athletes and technical staff through its Travel department. This collaboration, which will continue beyond the three-year period from 2023 to 2025, has been renewed for 2026, confirming the strength of the relationship built and the results achieved.

Strategic support for international competitions

During 2025, SEL provided continuous and qualified support in organizing 35 international trips to 20 countries around the world, for a total of over 550 passengers, including athletes, coaches, and federation officials.

Each trip involved up to 40 participants and required careful planning of all logistical and organizational aspects, including:

  • Booking flights and trains
  • Selecting and managing accommodation and hotels
  • Organizing transfers by car and coach
  • Vehicle rental services

This was a complex task, requiring advanced organizational skills, operational precision, and strong problem-solving abilities.

The collaboration between SEL and FASI is based on an integrated working model, founded on constant communication, rapid and transparent information flow, and active and continuous negotiation with suppliers and partners.

We work as a single, synergistic team, with the aim of optimizing time, resources, and processes, ensuring that sporting and organizational objectives are achieved with high quality standards.

Particular attention is paid to the specific requests of the Federation: flight preferences, targeted selection of accommodation facilities, and the personalized needs of athletes and technical staff. Attention to detail is a central element of our approach, because every variable can affect the quality of the trip and, consequently, sporting performance.

24-hour assistance and management of unforeseen events

A key strength is our 24/7 emergency assistance service. This constant monitoring allows us to deal promptly with any critical issues—operational changes, delays, rescheduling—ensuring organizational continuity and peace of mind for participants.

Thanks to this support, we have guaranteed smooth and efficient transfers in all countries involved over the three-year period, maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.
