The new Motocross World Championship season, one of the international sporting events on the motorsport calendar, officially kicks off on March 7 and 8.
The 2026 calendar includes 19 rounds across Europe and non-EU countries, taking the paddock to strategic and logistically complex markets such as Turkey, Argentina, South Africa, China, and Australia, in addition to the main European venues.
Once again this year, SEL is supporting the Championship in the management of non-EU travel, offering integrated support that combines international logistics and travel management, benefiting the organizer, teams, sponsors, and all stakeholders involved.
International logistics: coordination, precision, control
Logistics is a strategic element for the success of each non-European stage. SEL handles:
Planning and coordination of international shipments
Management of customs procedures and export/import documentation
Transport of motorcycles, spare parts, and technical equipment
Handling of fuel, hospitality facilities, track branding, and television production equipment
Monitoring of schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and set-up within the planned timeframe
Each destination has different regulations, procedures, and critical issues: flow control and preventive risk management are essential to ensure operational continuity at the camp.
Travel management: synchronizing people and performance
Alongside material logistics, SEL coordinates the complete management of staff and team travel, an activity that requires planning, flexibility, and constant assistance.
Services include:
Intercontinental flight booking and group management
Accommodation, hotel, and rooming list coordination
Organization of local transfers and on-site mobility
Support for visas and travel documentation
On-site operational assistance, even in the event of last-minute changes
In a championship that spans continents, languages, and time zones, perfect synchronization between goods and people is a determining factor. The goal is to allow teams and organizations to focus exclusively on performance, while ensuring efficiency, precision, and rapid response.
The season can begin. We are ready.
